Great news: You can get a legit abs workout while staying horizontal-and without leaving the comfort of your bedroom. (Or do this workout without even leaving your bed.)

Throw down a mat and cue up this 30-minute core workout from Elaine Hayes, a Pilates, barre, and yoga instructor and founder of Mint Studios.
