The 7-Minute HIIT Workout for Olympic-Worthy Abs

The Summer Olympic Games are about to officially begin, and what better way to get in the spirit than working out with two former Olympians?! The best part: This workout is only 7 minutes long, meaning you can even squeeze it in between swimming heats.

Get toned, flat abs with Pace and Go (Jenny Pacey and Wayne Gordon), two world-class athletes. Jenny earned her bachelor's degree in Sports and Exercise Science from Loughborough University and has used her expertise to become one of the UK's leading fitness experts. Wayne starred with Jenny in the hit UK Show The Gladiators and is now on Grokker to help you hit your fitness goals. This workout combines dynamic movements with isometric holds to maximize the effects. Workout: Make sure to warm up before and cool down after performing this workout.

Each exercise must be performed for 20 seconds with no rest. Exercises include toe touches, knee tuck crunches, side planks, v-sits, tuck crunches, and planks. Pay attention to the video, though, because you'll do three variations of each one.
