The Fourth of July was filled with great times with friends and family and (of course) delicious food and drink. While a little extra indulgence never hurt anyone, you may be feeling a bit sluggish as you get back into your normal workout routine. We've got the perfect low-impact workout to get you out of the holiday rut. Using only a chair and a few weights, this barre workout is designed to tone and sculpt your entire body, while seriously improving your balance through a series of standing exercises that also activate your core.
