Workout Details: You'll need a set of dumbbells in the 3- to 5-pound range. An exercise mat is optional. Perform 5 reps of each move with a weight and 5 reps without. Start with toe touches, Russian twists, and seated leg pumps, then repeat that progression. Change it up to Supermans, Supermans with a row, flutter kicks, and repeat. The entire routine should take less than 20 minutes.
