The Dance Cardio Workout That Demolishes Holiday Stress

This funk dance video is built off of a basic march, with disco moves added to work your arms and core. If you ever get lost, you can always go back to those easy base steps and jump in again. Workout Details: Warm up with a neck stretch, isolations, and rolls. The dance includes moves like a forward and back walk, turn and step, shuffle kicks, roller skates, and disco arms. Cool down with a side to side reach, plié squats, flat back stretch, hamstring stretch, and several calming deep breaths.
