Find a little space and do these 4 moves for a quick and effective fat-burning sesh

Whether you live in a small apartment or you need an afternoon energy boost at work, these exercises are ideal for fitting an effective workout with limited time, space, and money (no equipment needed!). All you need is your own body to get your heart rate up and challenge every major muscle from head to toe.

How it works: Do 1 set of each exercise for 30 seconds, moving quickly during and in between moves. Repeat the full circuit twice more.
