Planks are probably the best all-around abs exercise. They are safe, effective, and efficient. But if you do them incorrectly, you can cheat yourself out of the benefits-and possibly hurt your shoulders or lower back.

Decent enough video, but whoever does the video closed-captioning should be fired. Or Shape should pay to get a better automated system. I did have some good laughs, so I guess that worked my abs!
