This minimal space-required workout from Erin Stutland, creator of Shrink Session, is your ticket to beat the New Year's resolution crowd in the gym this January. Grab a pair of kettlebells to do the following fat-blasting moves: Split Squats, Pushups, Dumbbell Romanian Deadlifts, Single Arm Dumbbell Row, Standing Curl to Press, and Plank Hold.
