Sculpt and tone everywhere with this 10-minute total-body burn! Follow along as trainer Jessica Smith leads you through the third workout in our five-week Black Friday Fitness program. Do as many reps as possible (AMRAP) of each bodyweight exercise at a quick tempo (but with good form) for one minute to keep your heart rate elevated for an efficient cardio and toning workout.

The warm-up is built into this routine-just take the first exercise at a smaller range of motion to start. Complete the circuit of five exercises, then repeat.
