Torch calories with this 15-minute cardio circuit that is more effective than 30 minutes on the treadmill! Follow along as trainer Jessica Smith leads you through the second workout in our five-week Black Friday Fitness program. After the 2.5-minute warm-up, you'll begin the 15-minute cardio blast. Do each set of intervals for the recommended length of time, resting 15 to 30 seconds at the end of each set. Repeat each interval set twice through before moving onto the next.
