What better way to kick off the holiday season in the days after a big meal than with a hardcore at-home workout? Follow along as trainer Jessica Smith leads you through the first workout in our five-week Black Friday Fitness program. After the warm-up, you'll complete the three exercises in each circuit back-to-back twice through before moving onto the next circuit. Do as many reps as possible (AMRAP) with good form for one minute, resting as needed.
