You've got plenty of reasons to let your workout slide over the holidays: a hectic schedule, the impulse to hibernate, and an "I'll start in January" mentality," to name a few (though we're sure you can come up with additional excuses to round out the list).

The truth is, now probably isn't the time to set PRs or win any awards (but, hey, more power to you if you're aiming high). So pour yourself an eggnog smoothie, take advantage of a basically empty gym as much as your sched allows, and get ready to LOL at the all-too-real struggles of working out over the holidays.
