Today I dragged my poor body out of bed at the ungodly hour of 6

a.m, but it wasn't to hit the gym. The CW-11 morning news here in New

York has a weekly segment called 'Wake-Up Workout' and I was today's

guest! Shape assistant editors Marissa Stephenson and Kristen Maxwell

helped me demonstrate some fabulous butt exercises.
