No doubt about it, we're living in an era where women run the world-well, the music industry, at least. And our favorite artists look as different as they sound, proving that women of all shapes and sizes can absolutely slay it onstage. (Meet eight Celebs Who Give the Middle Finger to Body Shamers.)

Even better? These rock stars preach body acceptance and body confidence with every word they sing. If you cue up any of the body positive songs by the women below, you're going to get schooled as much in self-love as you would in dance beats. And don't even get us started on Beyoncé-Queen Bey's entire catalogue is an ode to feeling yourself.

Next time you're doing squats, press play on Meghan Trainor's booty-loving anthem "All About That Bass"-or J.Lo's version, "Booty," or Destiny's Child's OG "Bootylicious" (we've got more of the best booty songs where those came from). Want a pick-me-up before girls' night out? If Kelis' "Milkshake" doesn't do it for you, we've got Iggy Azalea's "Fancy," Rihanna's "Rockstar 101," and Shakira's "Hips Don't Lie."

And in case all you're looking for is a more heartfelt reminder that you are absolutely ***flawless, there's Hailee Steinfeld's "Love Yourself" and, of course, Christina Aguilera's "Beautiful" (c'mon, you didn't think we'd leave that one off, did you?). Now, as Justin Bieber has so famously sang, "you should go and love yourself."
