A mix of our '90s favorites—plus some new guilty pleasures—make the perfect soundtrack for any workout

Looking to shake up your same ol' workout routine this week? Press pause on your Yeezy playlist (not that it's not great) and cue up some heartfelt throwbacks from some of the greatest (and some of the most short-lived) boy bands. These positive tracks-which come with a healthy dose of nostalgia-can seriously give your sweat sesh a boost (see: Your Brain on Music). We're forever tempted to bust out our "Bye Bye Bye" moves when it comes on shuffle on the gym floor.

We've loaded this list with the classics from the Backstreet Boys, 98 Degrees and *NSYNC (obviously), and even went all the back to New Kids on the Block. But, of course, we added a little One Direction and some Jonas Brothers to bring you in to the present day.

"Mmmbop" your way through those elliptical miles with Hanson, get "Larger Than Life" in the weight room to BSB, dance to some "Pop" with *NSYNC and cool down to get "Back Here" with BBMak.

Check out the full line-up of playlist options for gym time (or any time) by following SHAPE x Fitness on Spotify.
