Give the year's biggest hits a second spin with this remix playlist.

By Chris Lawhorn

The are two main advantages to a good remix: First, the DJ or producer typically favors a heavy beat, which is great for workouts. And second, it gives you an excuse to dust off a once-loved song that you played to death.

This month's playlist highlights 10 of the best recent remixes. You'll find "You da One" by Rihanna totally reinvented and a version of Breathe Carolina's "Blackout" that replaces the raging synths with jazzy ones. Plus, you'll be able to hear what a 1990s-era piano loop does to Cobra Starship's "You Make Me Feel..." and what The Wanted's "Glad You Came" sounds like with a harder edge.

Using these headphones blocks outside noises for me and allows me to listen at a higher volume... check more products here ....
