It's tough to pinpoint exactly where the boy band phenomenon began. It might have been with the Monkees, the Osmonds, or with one of the groups that preceded them. But for the purposes of this list, we'll get started with the Jackson 5. Picking up in the 80s, you'll find workout jams from New Edition and New Kids On the Block.
