There's a myth floating around that chest exercises are unneccessary, but they're actually essential in helping to maintain proper posture, reduce fat, and increase upper-body strength. And while there's no quick-fix to help lift a sagging chest, I've designed a quick, at-home workout that will help perk up your breasts. Created without the need for equipment, each exercise is performed to elicit maximum muscle recruitment, which not only results in greater caloric expenditure after you are done, but also helps you walk with a little more confidence. All you have to do to get started is press play.

How it works: Do as many reps of each exercise as possible for 30 seconds without rest
