The Ultimate Butt Workout


The Ultimate Butt Lift routine is divided into 2 groups of exercises. Perform 20 reps of the first three moves in order; repeat twice, then rest for 1 minute. Next, do 20 reps of each of the last three moves in order and repeat twice.

YOU'LL NEED A pair of 5- to 10-pound dumbbells, a 6- to 8-pound medicine ball, and a bench.
