By answering a few basic questions about how much time you have, what equipment you can access, your last workout, and how you're currently feeling, you'll end up with the best exercise Rx for you today.

We've also included links to example workouts so you don't even have to pick out the exercises for today, if you don't want to. It's (almost) like having a free personal trainer.

Do you want to get a body you can be proud of? Are you prepared to become one of the very few women who don't have cellulite?
