Arm balances are not reserved for advanced yoga practitioners. Crow pose was one of the first poses I actually got, simply because it never occurred to me that I couldn't do it. So much of your physical limitations are in your head. So for this sequence, try to be present in your body and forget what you think you can or cannot do.
