8 New Ways to Eat Avocado

Mini Avocado Pops
These mini coated avocado pops are a super easy on-the-go treat. Combine fresh mashed avocado and coconut milk with a little honey and lemon juice and freeze. Once your pops are nice and solid, dip them in a little melted dark chocolate and crushed pistachio and pop them back in the freezer to cool.
