Coffee lovers, rejoice!

Getting a caffeine and carb fix in the AM is a necessity for most of us in order to be fully functioning and productive adults. Now, thanks to Einstein Bros. your favorite morning combo is available in the form of one super breakfast item dubbed the Espresso Buzz-the world's first caffeinated bagel.

The new breakfast obsession contains about 32 milligrams of caffeine, according to Fox News, which is about a third of the amount you'd find in your regular eigh-ounce cup of joe. And in case you were wondering, it gets its caffeinated punch from both espresso and coffee-cherry flour.

Containing 13 grams of protein, 3 grams of sugar and 2.5 grams of fat, the whole thing clocks in at 230 calories, making it healthier than grabbing a doughnut on-the-go. The breakfast sandwich option, which includes eggs and bacon, rounds up to about 600 calories. (Psst: Check out these 8 healthy, high carb breakfasts that are actually good for you.)

"We have watched the coffee category expand and adapt as Millennials converted to coffee drinkers, attracted by the smoother flavor and artisanal characteristics and third- and fourth-wave coffee," Kerry Coyne, Einstein's head of marketing and research and development, told Fox News. "We knew our culinary team could deliver that same premium, hand-crafted sensory experience with the beloved category hero of espresso in our best-in-class, fresh-baked bagel."

Those who've tried the bagel, however, seem to have mixed emotions. In Fox's taste test, one person described it as "chewy coffee," and another said it was "insanely bitter." That said, some people couldn't get enough, so you'll have to get your hands on an Espresso Buzz bagel (available now in stores all across the U.S.) to judge for yourself.
