We can’t knock Gwyneth Paltrow for championing a healthy diet, but her annual Goop Detox routinely falls short of our expectations. While a nice idea in theory, Gwyneth’s recipes typically involve ingredients not available at most traditional supermarkets, and if purchased, can blow several weeks worth of a grocery budget (coconut palm sugar and dandelion greens, we're looking at you).
