Tracy Anderson is known for sculpting the bodies of A-list celebrities with her dance cardio method. Now, the trainer is looking to help guide your nutritional choices with the launch of her own organic protein bar and shake line, called Clear, which will be available exclusively at Target and on (Her DVDs are already sold there nationwide.) According to a company press release, "Following years of research and development, Tracy Anderson Clear bars and shakes provide the protein, natural sugars, and nutrients to help consumers feel satisfied, and support their journey towards achieving balance in their body." The bars come in tasty flavors like Toffee Crunch and Mint Chocolate Chip and offer up at least 14 grams of protein and over 12 grams of fiber per bar. They're also gluten-, dairy- and GMO-free. And at just 100 calories, they're the perfect treat to stash in your gym bag. Clear is also selling vanilla- and dutch-chocolate flavored shake mixes, each formulated for different purposes: the vanilla, loaded with collagen, purportedly boosts the youthfulness of skin; the chocolate is formulated with B-vitamins for added energy. The bars are six bucks a box; the protein, $30 per jug. (Want more on protein shakes? Get the Scoop On Protein Powders.)
