Yes, it's veggies first

Victoria Beckham (who will always be Posh Spice to us) has undoubtedly one of the most coveted bodies in Hollywood. Much to our surprise, she is revealing her big, healthy secret: nutritionist Amelia Freer, who she credits for teaching her everything she knows about food.

Get your pencil and paper ready folks, because Freer is spilling the beans on what she eats every day (nutritionist fee waived!) so that we can learn her ways and maybe look like Victoria Beckham, too.

Here are some of Amelia Freer's genius health tips:

  • She uses fruits as a natural sweetener.
  • She starts with veggies always (she even loads up on them throughout the day) and adds protein at mealtime.
  • She thinks leftovers are the best.
  • Carbs? She adds them to her meals depending on whether or not she's worked out that day.

Basically, it's all about those veggies!
