Going overboard during Sunday brunch with the girls can make it hard to stick to your diet and fitness goals, and leave you feeling guilty later. However, rather than totally eliminating the foods (or in this case, cocktails) you love most, you can work to counteract indulgences with activity. In the video above, part of the 'You Ate It?
