It's so sophisticated you'll forget you arrived home this holiday season via coach with zero leg room—sigh...
With coach seats in the back row going for so much these days, buying a first class ticket anywhere seems about as likely as springing for those Super Bowl tickets on the 50-yard line. But with this sophisticated, healthy cocktail recipe, you can sit back, relax, and enjoy the ride, er, drink.
By the looks of the finished product, you'd think this cocktail was super tricky to make. The truth is, though, this cocktail recipe crafted by bartender Robby Nelson of The Long Island Bar in Brooklyn is so simple that anyone could shake one up and enjoy on the spot. The ingredients list has a whole four things on it. And while the Italian herbal liqueur may not be at your corner booze store, with a little effort you'll be able to find it and then subsequently never drink a cocktail without it again.
So while some healthy cocktail recipes are just fine for a chill night in (See: The Dark Chocolate Cocktail) or for relaxed barbecue outside (See: This Kale and Gin Cocktail Recipe), we suggest you reserve this beauty for your next (or first) elaborate dinner party when you really want to show off your bartending skills.
