Make This Healthy Carbonated Drink to Break Your Soda Habit

Ruby Red Soda
Makes: 1 serving
Prep Time: 2 minutes
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 hibiscus tea bags
- 1/2 cup ice cubes
- 3 thin slices lime
- 1/2 cup soda water
Directions
- Bring water to a boil in a small saucepan or tea kettle, then remove from heat and pour into a mug. Add tea bags; steep 5 minutes to create a bright red "condensed" tea.
- Remove tea bags from mug and let tea cool at least 10 minutes.
- Pour tea into a tall glass; add ice cubes, 2 slices lime, and soda water. Serve with the remaining lime slice on the rim of the glass.
