How to Practice Mindfulness with Tea
This will quickly become your new favorite way to ~unwind~
Meditation isn't the only way to reduce stress and become more mindful in your daily life. Julie Montagu, The Flexi Foodie, shares one of her favorite ways to unwind and be more present: a mindful tea-drinking ritual. Immersing yourself in a cup of flavorful tea is a pleasant and practical way to remind yourself to be conscious in the now-without having to sit still with your eyes closed for 30 minutes. It will remind you to stop worrying about the past or feeling anxious about the future. In the video below, Julie explains how she practices mindful tea drinking and shares her fave happy tea tonic recipe.
