Given that she juggles modeling, owning a restaurant, and charity work, the cliche "no two days are the same" probably rings true for Olivia Culpo. But when it comes to smoothies, the former Miss Universe favors routine. She recently shared the ingredients for a smoothie recipe that she drinks "almost every day." The drink, which she posted on her Instagram Story, is a five-ingredient berry smoothie that's superfood-heavy and vegan. Culpo uses a frozen berry blend and chia seeds from Whole Foods' 365 Everyday Value line, vanilla Garden of Life Organic Plant-Based Protein Powder, Amazing Grass Green Superfood Powder, and Califia Farms Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk.

Culpo didn't specify any measurements, but a berry smoothie recipe that she previously posted to Instagram called for 1–1.5 cups of milk, 2 cups of berries, 1 tablespoon of chia seeds, and 1 scoop of protein powder. You can always use those proportions as a starting point and adjust to your nutrition preferences/desired thickness. Regardless of what measurements you choose, you'll be raking in the nutrients. Berries are great sources of polyphenols and flavonoids, two types of antioxidants, and chia seeds are rich in fiber, antioxidants, and omega-3s.

As for Culpo's Amazing Grass Green Superfood blend, the powder packs quite a few superfoods into one product, including chlorella, spirulina, beetroot, and maca. Plus, thanks to the protein powder, Culpo's smoothie has more protein than a straight fruit and vegetable recipe, which is key for preserving muscle mass.

Clearly the reason Culpo is drinking the same smoothie day after day is that she's absolutely perfected it.
