And we're so here for it.

Meet the dinner version of avocado toast: avocado pizza.

Jon Feshan, the executive chef at New York's Kola House, gave the brunch staple a very welcome, evening-friendly update in the form of pizza, as TIME reports. The pizza itself is crafted with handmade dough topped with layers of sliced avocado, a cilantro garnish, radishes for crunch, and sunflower seeds. And while the dish doesn't contain any cheese, the freshly sliced avocado covering the entire surface emulates the creamy texture that most pizzas get from mozzarella or parm.
