This mango sorbet makes for an easy, clean dessert or snack that you'll want to make every single day. And it's good for you too: Not only is mango a deliciously sweet fruit, it also provides a healthy dose of vitamins and antioxidants. This tropical fruit is rich in vitamin C, vitamin A, folic acid, fiber, and potassium. One cup of this sorbet has two servings of mango, providing a nice dose of nature's candy.

The best part of all? To whip up this mango sorbet, you only need four ingredients and a food processor. And it only takes two minutes to make!

Mango Sorbet

Serves 2


4 cups frozen mango

Juice from 1/2 medium lime

1 tablespoon honey or agave nectar

6 tablespoons almond milk


  1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor. Blend until the mango is smooth, stopping a few times to stir the mango mixture.
  2. Pour the mango sorbet into 2 bowls and eat immediately. Or store in the freezer until a few minutes before you're ready to enjoy.
