PSA: freezing bananas ahead of time is key to getting the right consistency, so if you don't have any on-hand, go toss some in the freezer ASAP. The first step is to whip up some homemade date caramel with coconut oil, dates, coconut milk, maple syrup and cinnamon. We promise-this step is 100 percent worth it.
