DinnerTurkey Chili (3 oz ground turkey, 1/2 cup kidney beans, 1/2 cup onion, 1/2 cup tomato sauce, chili seasoning. Top with 1/4 cup reduced fat cheddar cheese

Strawberry spinach salad (2 cups spinach, 1/2 cup strawberries, 2 TBS pistachios, 2 TBS balsamic vinaigrette)
