Healthy Snack #1: Sonoma Snack

Spread 1 mini Babybel spreadable cheese on 1 serving all-natural whole-grain crackers (see package for serving size). Garnish with 1∕2 tsp dried rosemary. Serve with 1 cup red grapes and 10 black olives.

Healthy Snack #2: Cranberry-Parmesan Popcorn

Place 1∕4 cup unpopped popcorn kernels and 1 tbsp high-oleic sunflower oil in a heavy pan and shake over medium heat until popped. Mix with 1∕4 cup dried cranberries sweetened with fruit juice, 1∕4 cup shredded Parmesan, and 1 tsp no-salt Italian herb seasoning mix.

Healthy Snack #3: Peppery Pear Crunch

Toast 1∕2 whole-grain English muffin, spread with 1 mini Babybel Gouda, and season with black pepper. Top with 1 pear, sliced, and 2 tbsp slivered almonds.

Healthy Snack #4: Tropical Fruit & Yogurt Dip

Fold 1∕4 tsp lemon zest, a dash of cardamom, 1∕4 cup whole oats, and 2 tbsp chopped macadamia nuts into 1 cup nonfat Greek yogurt. Serve with 1 cup total: chunks of mango and pineapple, sliced star fruit, and grapes.

Healthy Snack #5: California Sunshine Salad

Mix together sections from 1 medium orange (remove seeds); 1∕2 cup frozen corn, thawed; 1∕2 cup chilled edamame; and 1∕4 medium avocado, chopped. Toss with 2 tbsp rice vinegar and 1∕4 tsp each dried thyme, black pepper, and lemon zest.
