For lunch, I have the luxury of working in a restaurant, and every station has all of these vegetables. I have the same thing every day: For breakfast I have an egg-white omelet with spinach, a lot of black coffee, a lot of water, and fresh berries. Then I'll have a more normal dinner, and maybe a couple glasses of wine, but nothing late.
