An icy popsicle is the perfect treat on a hot summer day. Skip the store-bought popsicles (even the all-fruit ones can contain added sugar) and make your own healthier versions. Just choose from one of the mixtures below, pour into a popsicle mold or ice tray, cover with plastic wrap and freeze overnight. If the pops don't slide out easily, run the mold under warm water for five seconds.

Cranberry-Orange Pops

Mix 1 cup light cranberry juice with 1 cup orange juice; pour in molds. Freeze.

Banana-Orange Pops

Blend 1 cup orange juice, 3 bananas, 2 tablespoons of sweetener and 1 tablespoon of orange juice in blender. Pour in molds, then freeze.

Icy Watermelon

Blend 3 cups of seeded watermelon, 2 teaspoons of lemon juice,
