Ditch the breadcrumbs and beef for a light yet flavorful meal

Meatloaf is an American staple but it's not exactly healthy. For a light yet tasty version, try my turkey meatloaf recipe. You won't miss the beef or breadcrumbs. Pair it with your fave veggies and a small baked potato for a balanced and delicious meal.

Ingredients:- 1 pound ground turkey- 1 medium onion, chopped- 1 egg white- Worcestershire sauce- ¼ cup Ketchup- 2 tablespoons barbecue sauce- hot sauce (Cholula is my fave!)- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard- salt and pepper- chili powder- garlic Powder Directions:Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. In a large bowl combine onion, ground turkey, ketchup, mustard, barbecue sauce, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and chili powder*, and a dash of Worcestershire sauce. Mix well with a wooden spoon. Add the egg white and combine with your fingers.

Coat the sides and bottom of a meatloaf pan with ketchup. Place mixture in the pan evenly. Coat the top of the meatloaf with more ketchup. Cook for one hour and 15 minutes.

*Note: I don't measure the spices. I just throw in as much (or as little) as I want. You can do the same based on your preferences.

Lovely information, very true and effective. I myself had gained over 20 pounds after the birth of my daughter. Plus with age, fat was not going away no matter how hard i tried with so many things.
