Some people find plain water to be a little blah. If you need a bit of flavor, or maybe even some bubbles to liven up your drink, you don't need to rely on soda. Instead, choose infused sparkling water. It feels like a treat but eliminates artificial colors, flavors, sugars, preservatives and other additives you don't need to swallow. Here are some of my favorite healthy sparkling beverages:

Pure Cool. The only ingredients in this drink are sparkling purified water and natural flavors. I love the Ginger Pear Ice.

Poland Spring Sparkling Water. It's just spring water, natural flavors and CO2--aka bubbles!

Canada Dry Naturally Flavored Sparkling Seltzer Water. Ingredients: Carbonated water and natural flavors. I'm bananas for mandarin orange.

Perrier Sparkling Mineral Water, in Lemon. It's just carbonated mineral water plus natural lemon with other natural flavors.

R.W. Knudsen Sparkling Essence, Mint. This refreshing drink is made with carbonated spring water, organic brewed mint extract, organic lemon juice concentrate, organic natural mint flavor, citric acid, a natural preservative.
