I've gotten so used to going to the gym that I never work out at home anymore-something I used to do on a regular basis. But knowing the importance of mixing it up, I recently unearthed some fitness DVDs that have been collecting dust on my TV stand. Some of my past favorites include Power 90 (from Beachbody Fitness), Yoga Weight Loss Workout for Dummies, and Gunnar Peterson's Core Secrets. I still love those old standbys, and recently added a couple of new titles to my fitness library: Crunchless Abs and Core Rhythms, which includes some Latin dance moves. With all of these options, I can never use the boredom excuse to skip a workout!
