2. You don't have to change your diet while you're taking the Skinnygirl cleanse. The official website states that you can enjoy the same foods that you always do while you take the cleanse. However, Frankel also recommends eating as many whole foods as you can in order to maximize your body's abillity to process the cleanse.
3. If you do have any medical conditions or are taking any medications, you should consult with your doctor before beginning the Skinnygirl cleanse.
