We can't get enough of pro snowboarder Kelly Clark, who advanced first in the 29th annual 2011 Burton US Open Women's Halfpipe Semi-Finals on Thursday, finishing nearly 10 points ahead of competition Hannah Teter. Her record-breaking acrobatics – she uncorked the first 1080 ever by a woman in competition during the 2011 Winter X Games – combined with her passion for the sport make her an athlete well worth following. We can't wait to see her performance during tomorrow's halfpipe finals.

We caught up with Clark at the 2011 Winter X Games where she told us: "I'm out there to show people what's possible if you want to snowboard and hopefully inspire young women out there to take the sport even further than I have." Well said, Kelly!
