We hit up the star trainer for her post-workout skin and makeup tips—plus the one item she can't live without.

If you follow trainer Anna Victoria on Instagram, you know she keeps it super real-whether about stomach rolls, cheat days and finding balance, and yes, even her beauty routine. While it's not uncommon to see the trainer glammed up for shoots, she's also not afraid to post a no-makeup selfie and show her followers that no, she doesn't just wake up camera-ready. In fact, in her day-to-day life, she keeps it super simple with a few must-have products. (P.S. We also tapped trainers for the sweatproof makeup they can't live without.)

Here, steal her quick, four-step post-workout routine:

2. Apply a lightweight moisturizer with SPF that won't clog your pores.

3. Apply eyeliner with a liquid, felt-tip eyeliner pen.
