Luckily, she name-dropped. "When I can't sleep.. I triple berry peel," she wrote over the photo. She also tagged Renee Rouleau, Lovato's esthetician and founder of an eponymous skin-care line.

Alas, the singer had been using one of the facialist's bestsellers: Renee Rouleau Triple Berry Smoothing Peel (Buy it, $89,

In addition to the three berries—straw, rasp, and blue—the product contains AHAs: mandelic, tartaric, malic, and lactic acids, as well as salicylic acid, a BHA. Translation: It's formulated to accelerate cell turnover, leaving brighter skin in its wake. Also, it smells like raspberry jam.

Lili Reinhart previously shared that the chemical peel is part of her skin-care routine, and Sabrina Carpenter used it to get "a brilliant glow" when prepping for the AMAs. What's more, Lovato shouted it out on Snapchat in 2017. Since she probably gets offers to try loads of skin-care products, her repeat mention speaks volumes. (Related: KKW and Kourtney Kardashian Tried the Trendy and Totally Bizarre Hanacure Face Mask)

At $89, the mask will cost you. If you're looking for a cheaper option, consider Etude House Berry AHA Bright Peel Mild Gel (Buy it, $10,, another fruity exfoliating peel.

As for Lovato, hopefully she was eventually able to fall asleep. If so, she no doubt woke up looking refreshed.
