If anyone has mastered the art of the glowy selfie, it's Jasmine Tookes. So it's honestly shocking that she filmed her daily makeup routine for her YouTube channel and did not apply a single dab of highlighter.

Tookes did address her skin's radiance, though, crediting it to a single skin-care product: La Mer The Concentrate (Buy it, $370, sephora.com)

After cleansing her face with an exfoliating wipe, Tookes preps her skin with the serum. "This makes my skin feel super hydrated and I feel like it gives you the glow-from-within under makeup," she said in the video, noting that she also uses it on her neck for anti-aging benefits.

You've likely heard of La Mer's famous Crème de la Mer, and its "Miracle Broth," a combination of fermented sea kelp, calcium, magnesium, potassium, lecithin, iron, vitamins, C, E and B12, and citrus, eucalyptus, wheat germ, alfalfa, and sunflower oils. The serum is simply a "concentrated form" of the broth, according to the product's online description. It's intended to fight redness and irritation, and it's especially gentle on fragile post-procedure skin. Tookes isn't the only celebrity who's a vocal fan of The Concentrate. Kim Kardashian has referred to it as one of the skin-care products she'll "just never give up," and Chrissy Teigen told Allure that it "saved her life."

The product has also earned tons of praise in customer reviews. "I know it is very expensive but the results are fabulous," one person wrote on Sephora. "It literally does everything!! Pores are refined, skin is so soft, fine lines are plumped, and the hydration is perfection. I originally purchase this in a half ounce size to make sure that I liked it due to the hefty price tag. Now I would buy the little gem in bulk if I could." (Related: Model Jasmine Tookes Has Stretch Marks in Unretouched Victoria's Secret Photo)

If you're not ready to commit to a full-size bottle (let alone a bulk order), you can try out a mini version as part of a $90 travel set in Nordstrom's Anniversary Sale. Otherwise, you can buy the mini or full size at Sephora.
