The Weirdest Products On Kourtney Kardashian’s New Site Poosh
What Is Poosh?
Four months after the Kardashians killed their apps, Kourtney has launched a new lifestyle website, Poosh. True to Kourtney's brand, the site features organic, non-toxic, gluten-free everything. Naturally, the internet's been pointing out similarities between Poosh and Gwyneth Paltrow’s Goop, besides their similar names. While Kardashian has yet to enter yoni egg territory, she has posted a few weird-ass products on her site that would fit right in on the Goop shop. Here are some of the most bizarre/fascinating products so far.
Richway Infrared Amethyst Biomat
We all think we're wellness goddesses with our little acupressure mats; meanwhile, Kardashian likes a $1,595 infrared amethyst biomat. (That's the price without the optional $350 pillow, ICYWW.) The mat contains a heating plate and several pounds of amethyst crystals that emit infrared light when warmed, according to the product's website.
Jason Sea Fresh Toothpaste
It comes as no surprise that Kardashian goes the natural toothpaste route. This one is free of fluoride, gluten, saccharin, artificial sweeteners, parabens, propylene glycol, dyes, and sodium lauryl sulfate. It contains blue-green algae, which seems like an odd toothpaste ingredient given its smell, but it has some potential for fighting gum infection, according to one small study.
Barbara Sturm Blood Cream
We’re lucky if we remember deodorant, but Kardashian published a list of over 50 items that she ALWAYS travels with, and Dr. Barbara Sturm Blood Cream made the list. ICYMI, Kardashian is one of many A-listers who sees Dr. Sturm to get a face cream made with her own blood. If you’re not part of the German doctor’s clientele, her blood-free face cream is probably the next best thing.
Dr. Tung's Smart Floss
Leave it to Kourt to use a cardamom-flavored dental floss. Aside from the unique flavor, Dr. Tung's Smart Floss is designed to expand during use to remove more particles than regular floss.
Dr. Tung's Tongue Cleaner
From the same brand, Kardashian brings this tongue-cleaning tool along with her when she's traveling. Tongue-scraping is a traditional part of Ayurvedic ritual, but a step that most Westerners skip.
Byredo Suede Rinse-Free Hand Wash
Forget Purell—Kardashian uses this rinse-free handwash, which has notes of bergamot, soft musks, and crisp amber. Who knew hand sanitizer could sound so sexy?
