While season two of Euphoria included many headline-making moments, one of the most talked-about was Cassie Howard's extensive morning routine, which begins at 4 a.m. and involves just about every beauty ritual imaginable (think: showering, shaving, dry brushing, face mask-ing, hair styling, and more).Soon after the scene hit screens, the internet became ablaze with questions, such as "does anyone actually do this much upon waking up in the morning?" And if you ask Ashley Tisdale, the answer seems to be "yes" — at least according to her recent social media activity.

On Tuesday, Tisdale took to Instagram to share a video of her morning routine set to the narration used in the HBO show to describe Cassie's routine. The caption? "Cassie ain't got nothing on my rituals 😝."

In the 20-second clip, the 36-year-old star begins by gliding a gold and black skin-care tool over her sheet mask-covered face. While the exact brand is unknown, it looks like a T-bar massager, similar to the Skin Gym Beauty Lifter Vibrating T-Bar (Buy It, $58, ulta.com), which is used to sculpt and lift the face. Next, Tisdale calls upon a gadget that resembles the Nurse Jamie Super-Cryo Massaging Orbs (Buy It, $50, nordstrom.com), a face and body tool that can improve circulation and overall skin tone. (

After running the device under her eyes and around her temples, she trades it for the Nurse Jamie Instant UpLift Body Roller (Buy It, $159, dermstore.com). The actress and singer moves the roller up and down her neck in short, quick motions to reap the tool's lifting and tightening benefits. "What it does is it uplifts and it uplifts my spirit; it makes me feel so good," she recently told Vogue of the bright purple. "I also suffer from TMJ so this [is] just like a massage for that."

Next on her lengthy list of morning to-dos? Applying a clear serum on her face before massaging around her eye contour with what looks like a microcurrent skin-care device. ICYDK, microcurrent gadgets deliver low-level currents of electricity to make muscles contract, thereby stimulating the muscles, strengthening the underlying structure (i.e. stimulating collagen production), and leaving you with a more lifted look.

Last, but certainly not least, Tisdale drops a white-colored bath bomb — potentially the Prima Bath Gem CBD Bath Soak (Buy It, $15, sephora.com), which she's previously described as a bath ritual item she "can't live without" — into a tub of water in preparation for a bath. Talk about a soothing start to the day. (See also: The 5 Key Steps That Should Be In Your Morning Skin-Care Routine, According to a Dermatologist)

Just like Cassie's morning routine, Tisdale's practice also (understandably) captured people's attention. Not only did fans flock to the comments section of her post to praise and admire her snatched complexion — e.g. "Flawless Goddess," "skin flawless 🙌" — but they also had plenty to say about the time and commitment of her a.m. routine — e.g. "queen of skin care routines," "I don't do that much prep work to refinish wooden doors. 😂."

Even Hilary Duff stopped by, writing, "Who has the tiiiiiime ??? I brushed my teeth this morning lol thought I was dominating."

Same, Duff, same.
