Vodka Ginger Lemonade
This lemonade is for grown-ups only and is sure to be a hit at outdoor summer weddings!
1 cup water
1 cup sugar
2 tsp fresh ginger juice (use a juicer)
1 bottle of sparkling water
½ cup fresh lemon juice
1 ½ cups vodka
Directions: To make the simple syrup, bring 1 cup of water and 1 cup of sugar to a boil and stir constantly for about 1 minute or until sugar is completely dissolved. Remove from heat and refrigerate to cool for about 15 minutes. Pour sparkling water, lemon juice, vodka, simple syrup and ginger juice over ice in a large pitcher and stir. Serve chilled.

Ingredients: 3 cups of diced watermelon
1 cup fresh mint leaves
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
4 tablespoons fresh lime juice
5 ounces light rum
Fresh lime wedges and fresh mint (for garnish)
Directions: Puree watermelon in a blender until smooth. In a pitcher, using a muddler, muddle fresh mint leaves, sugar and fresh lime juice. Pour rum and watermelon puree into the pitcher and stir. Serve over ice and garnish with lime and fresh mint.
Healthy Pomegranate Cocktail
Pomegranates aren't just a superfood; they taste delicious, too! Put them in a cocktail and you can get your drink on (responsibly, of course!) while you soak up some cancer-fighting antioxidants.
1 ½ ounces vodka
1 oz honey
½ oz. fresh lime juice
½ oz pomegranate juice
Directions: Shake all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Strain and pour into a chilled martini glass.
Godiva Chocolate Cocktail
This sinfully delicious drink is like two for the price of one: You get dessert and an after-dinner cocktail!
1 ½ oz vanilla vodka
1 ½ oz coffee liqueur
1 ½ oz chocolate liqueur
3 tsp splenda
fat-free half and half
dark chocolate flakes (for garnish).
Directions: Mix all ingredients except for sugar and cream in a shaker with ice. Shake then strain into a martini glass. In another shaker, shake sugar and half and half. Shake and strain on top. Garnish with dark chocolate flakes.
Blueberry Mango Martini
What do you get when you combine blueberries, mangoes and vodka? The perfect summer wedding cocktail!
1 ½ oz vodka
½ oz Grand Marnier or orange liqueur
2 oz fresh blueberry juice
1 oz fresh mango juice
Directions: Shake ingredients together in a cocktail shaker with ice. Strain and pour into a martini glass. Garnish with blueberries skewered on a Lucite skewer.
Fruit Salad Cosmo
1 oz Vodka
1 ½ oz banana liqueur
2 oz cranberry juice
1 oz apple juice
Directions: Shake well with ice and pour into a martini glass; garnish with an apple slice.

Ingredients: 1/2 oz Grenadine
1 oz fresh orange juice
1 oz fresh cranberry juice
1 oz club soda
1 oz rum
Directions: Shake in a cocktail shaker with ice and serve with a cherry.

¼ cup vermouth
2 tsp Chambord or any raspberry liqueur
