Kim Kardashian West Is Launching a SKIMS Cotton Collection That Sounds *So* Comfy

When Kim Kardashian West launched SKIMS last month, it sold out within minutes, proving that a Kardashian-run shapewear line is as genius as it sounds. It's safe to say most people are buying the shapewear for a dressed-up night out. But pretty soon, SKIMS will offer pieces better-suited for a lazy night in with takeout and trashy TV: KKW just announced a SKIMS Cotton Collection to launch on October 15.

The collection includes cotton jersey underwear and a few clothing pieces for layering: three bra styles and two bralettes, thongs, underwear, boxers, tees, tanks, a nightie, and leggings. Everything will come in four colors and sizes XXS through 4XL. Prices range from $18 to $56.

In an Instagram Story, Kardashian West shared a quick run-through of the collection, highlighting how comfy, stretchy, and soft everything is. She says the Cotton Dipped Thong is her favorite SKIMS thong. It can be worn "really high up" (the SKIMS website even suggests wearing it "peeking out of low-rise jeans") or low on the waist, she said. The Cotton Underwire Bra is seamless in the front and "does not spill over on your boobs," KKW said in her IG Story, adding that she likes wearing the Cotton Ribbed Tank out since it's super stretchy and has "the best neckline ever."

Kardashian West's intention in launching SKIMS was to offer better shapewear compared to what was already available on the market. "My approach to creating SKIMS was solution-focused," she previously told Shape. "I rely on solution-wear to accentuate and enhance my body and often I found myself cutting and sewing existing shapewear to work specifically for each look that I was going for. I knew I wasn't alone in looking for the perfect shapewear and turned my passion into something real that would work for every body type."

The SKIMS Cotton Collection, on the other hand, appears to be inspired by Kardashian West's favorite clothes to relax in at home—the pieces look like they're straight out of her closet.
